recover a license if soft-elicenser is not registered

Hello guys,
I recently had a problem with windows which resulted in me formatting my system drive and reinstalling windows, appearantly in order to reactivate the license i need to have my eLicenser registered in my steinberg account which i didnt do before since i didnt know it was needed.

is there a way to recover the license i dont have access to the old eLicenser code since trying to re-register the product tells me its already activated on another eLicenser.

I also have the same problem. It shows that it is not registered on the website, but it shows that it has been used in the Elicenser.
