Can someone explain me why there is sometimes a red color around the knob of GA or Halion?
Can’t find any logic in it, and it happen suddenly…

you probably are editing at a higher level in the structure, so not editing one layer/zone.
A change in parameters will affect everything in that level structure. (probably program/layer)
Normally they are blue if it is a single zone.
