The red signposts indicate hidden time signatures, or in this case, non-default barlines (in this case, because there aren’t any time signatures on the relevant instruments).
I’m not sure of a good fix for this within Dorico, as it’s to do with how Finale handles big time signatures shown on only a few staves - it’s not that they’re hidden on the other staves, rather that they don’t exist.
If you still have access to Finale, open the file in Finale, go to Plugins > Scoring and Arranging > Global Staff Attributes, select all instruments in the top left, turn on Time Signatures in Score as shown below, Apply and Close.
Then re-export the MusicXML and open in Dorico.
