Cubase 15 is not accepting redeem code, tried cubase 15 pro on trial but not needed do I need to delete 15 pro first, and it’s download assistant, as I’m getting nowhere any help would be useful, thanks

Nope, just activate the Download Access Code you received via email in Steinberg Download Assistent. No need to download or reinstall anything.
The problem is it doesn’t accept the code sent by Steinberg for 15 artist, tried reinstalling it to but no success they’ve had the money to for a week now and I’ve tried everything man I’m at my whits end, contacting Steinberg is impossible to argh….
Please check if you bought the correct version. Is it an update/upgrsde? What does the message read on your screen?
Also, check your MySteinberg account - what licenses do you see?
Correct email adress?
All versions use the same installer, you can leave everything as is. This has nothing to do with your issue.
