Hi i bought cubase educational program before 1 year

i was downloaded in my I-MAC

i want to download my mac book now

but it said

'The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license.

Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.’

How can i solve this problem?

For download there is no activation code needed…
Since your software is already activated you already have a valid license.
If you are using an USB-eLicenser then you need to install Cubase on the new computer and plug in your Steinberg key into it. That’s it.
If you are using Soft-eLicenser you have to move the license from the iMac to the MacBook.
