Reduce strange voice issue

When doing reduce with similar material, Dorico sometimes creates new voices in the reduction even if the source material is on the same voice.
I would love to uderstand what is the causing this…
Because doing the reduction by hand is going to take forever.

I think it has to do with the presence of explicit rests…
I fixed them and now it works all right
