I’m searching for a feature, that is possible in Reaper:
If a MIDI-File is changed in an external editor, Cubase should automatically refresh the content.
That means: You assign a MIDI-File to a specific track, and if the MIDI-File gets changes, the changed version is playable in Cubase at the same time without importing the MIDI-File again and again.
In Reaper the funktion is called “Keep Midi in external *.mid files”, and this option is to choose instead of “Keep MIDI in Projekt file”.
Does that work in Cubase?
