Need help on registering my Cubase 11 pro upgrade AI, I downloaded the code into my USB-e first I think that’s where I made a mistake? now when I go to my Steinberg account it would not take the code? “The eLicenser assigned to this Activation Code was already registered by another user.”
Cubase Pro 11 works perfectly on my PC but I have not register it on Steinberg account nor shows I have it? Same issue I had with AI before I upgraded it on my USB-e.

can you try registering it your elicencer to your account
open eLCC and pick the menu item ‘register all elicencers at mysteinberg’
It’s listed on my USB-E already. How do I register it on Steinberg via e-licenser? sorry I’m not familiar with this.
I clicked on Register all my elicense to Steinberg, it opens the Steinberg website registration and show’s Soft Elicenser and USB -E and I click continue it say’s This eLicenser number has already been registered by another user.

I found out the problem, It was registered on my older email. Chatted with Cubase/Yamaha Rep they helped me transfer it over.
