Registered my pc elicenser to the wrong Steinberg account

Hi,

Can someone please contact me regarding this issue?

I’ve registered my pc to the wrong steinberg account after re-installing OS… For some reason I cant delete my Soft-Elicenser from that account and because of that I cant register it to my normal account. This account was used only for trials.

There is no option to remove

Please, blur the Soft-eLicenser Numbers at your screenshots.

Please, get in contact with the official Steinberg Support. They can delete your Soft-eLicenser Number and then you can register it to the other account.
