Registered products disappeared from Mysteinberg

I submitted a report of a broken eLicenser (mine just stopped working one day - light still lights up but control center says it is “broken”), ordered a new eLicenser and got a 24 hour temp code, but when I look in Mysteinberg page, all the products I used to see there are gone.

Please tell me this is normal and the system didn’t just purge all my registered products? I am going to go nuclear if this is the case.


No, this is not normal. Are you sure you are logged in with the correct username? Can you see the USB-eLicenser with the correct number?
