I am confused because this is the first time I ordered a download. I upgraded from Cubase 5 to 9, downloaded elicenser and my license for 9 is on my dongle. Everything works fine on my studio computer. However, I am confronted with two issues. When I start Cubase and click “Register”, Cubase 9 is not on the list of my products. Is this because I have not registered it yet? If so, how do I register it? Second, where are “my downloads” for me to download this to a second computer with the dongle installed? If I am not asking this in the correct way, I hope you get the gist. Thanks a lot!

You can see your downloads in your MySteinberg account (after login) > Downloads.
