My Mac stopped working after trying to upgrade to Big Sur. I had to format the whole system. When I tried to enter my Dorico license, it said that it was already used.
I first bought Dorico 3 Pro and then upgraded to Dorico 3.5Pro
Welcome to the forum, @lagofe7. Sorry to hear you had to reformat your Mac altogether. You should be able to obtain a new activation code by following this procedure.
