Registration site hanging

Hi, I received a copy of Cubase 6 with a Zoom G5 effects pedal and have been trying to register the software for one week now. Each time I choose to register the software a browser window opens to r.steinberg.net which does nothing and eventually times out.

I have tried this using the same URL generated on my Mac with Safari and Chrome and on Windows with Internet Explorer. Each time the website does not respond and eventually the session times out.

Can you help?

Yes, I have an iMac. Same in Safari and Chrome. Both have Javascript enabled…

Don’t use the link in the software, log in to MySteinberg and follow the links there.
