[Regression] Extra Bar Line appears before preambles at a new staff with repeat sign

Hi, after updating Dorico to 6.2 and opening a semi recent project, I noticed a bug where an extra bar line appears before the clef of an added staff (via the staff tool) with a repeat sign and having the show preamble option selected.

Now after update to Dorico 6.2:

Reproduction Steps:

I was able to reproduce the issue with a new sample project:

1. Add a new staff above or below an existing staff at the first beat of a bar (not the first bar).
2. Add a repeat sign to that bar
3. Click the staff flag and check Show Preambles.
   Notice the extra line:

Meanwhile, you can hide it by selecting the repeat barline, and in Engrave Mode, set “Barline at end of System” to None.

Thanks! I don’t quite get what “Barline at end of system” implies here but grateful that there is a workaround!
