Rehearsal letters through multiple flows

Hello. I am trying to have separate flows form a contiguous rehearsal letter sequence (i.e., flow 2 begins with rehearsal letter B). Any way to do this?

you could start the second flow with a +1 offset index (select the rehearsal mark and look in properties). All subsequent mark will be offset

This works, though an option to continue sequencing from the last flow would be even better.
