Rehearsal marks and Text

I am having difficulty with the placement of rehearsal marks when there is text. I am including an example photo. When I have text like this - the rehearsal mark gets moved up. I would love to find a default way that the text moves above or to the side. When I move it slightly to the right (Ex. 2) it looks great when there are notes, but when there are rests, it breaks the multimeasure rest.

Is there a way to force multi-measure rests or a way to keep the rehearsal mark and the text to stack too high without affecting another part’s multi-measure rest?

You can set a horizontal offset for the text paragraph style, and perhaps untick avoid collision.
