I use bar numbers for rehearsal marks. In the lead singer part the rehearsal mark boxes are all empty. All of the other parts the rehearsal marks display correctly. When I open Engraving options and chose using either letters or numbers for rehearsal marks, it works weirdly. The first rehearsal mark box remains unpopulated and 1 or A shows up in the next box.

There is a known issue with bar numbers as rehearsal marks in layouts with local time signatures and/or barlines.
In your lead singer staff, the 4/4 time signature and all double barlines are local, for some reason. If you delete them all, your rehearsal marks will show up correctly.
Note: Only delete the time signature and double barlines in that one staff.
