Rehearsal marks placed too low in galley view with filters

The problem seems to occur when my filter includes one instrument and excludes the other instrument help by the player of the top staff. In this case, it is a player with alto and soprano sax.

Another little bug in this area is that when I change the filter, I get NO rehearsal marks displays. If I toggle the filter off and back on, then the rehearsal marks appear again. Here is galley view with no filters, normal.

Here are my filters – note Sopr and alto 1 are the same player.

And here is the resulting galley view:

Dorico seems to place the rehearsal mark above the first row that has the player’s first instrument displaying, but it should place the rehearsal mark above ANY instrument that is displaying.

I cannot reproduce this behaviour.
Could you upload a fragment that does this?

Here you go.

Curious.

It only seems to occur when there is a player holding multiple instruments and you exclude one of those from the filter.

Perhaps one for @dspreadbury?

And that player is the top staff.

Yes, it is an unusual combination of circumstances. Not a huge problem, but worth sorting out on a maintenance release.

Also, I mentioned that in this scenario, often the rehearsal marks don’t display at all until you un-click the filter and then re-click the filter. No real harm done, but it took me off track for 30 minutes trying to figure out if I had damaged something.

The rehearsal mark also cover the top notes in galley view even without filter. It is often a flute with high notes.

All OK in page view.
