Rehearsal Marks Section not opening

Hi

I can’t get the Rehearsal Marks Section to open up.
When I push the button in the right ribbon I just get the default Rehearsal Mark in my score.

In fact those last few buttons at the bottom on the right-hand side don’t show panels, so this is the expected behaviour. There is a little line separating those last few items from the others to show they’re different, but it’s subtle, I will admit.
