Is it possible to set somewhere (I searched in : setup>flow>notation options) numbers instead of letters, for the rehearsal marks? It’s not a big problem, but now I have to correct each mark manually (select the mark in Write mode, and options).

Yes, you can set the default sequence type on the Rehearsal Marks page of Engraving Options.
