Reinstall My old Cubase 5

Hello every body

I need help to reinstall Cubase5 on my new Apple Macbook.
I tried to make the installation with the CD but it failed.
Can someone ask me how to do it

Why the installation failed? Is the disc corrupted, or do you have incompatible macOS version, or something else? Please provide more information.

I tried to reinstall but the reinstallation stop which an error message during the validation
I have Mac OS BigSur 11.0.1 version

Hi,

Cubase 5 is more than 10 years old, it will never work with macOS 11.

Cubase 11 is the only one compatible with macOS 11. But even not all instruments included in Cubase 11 are compatible yet.

If you want to use the latest macOS version, use the latest Cubase (compatible) version too, please.
