Relative random values in PLE for Length?

Guys and girls,
a quick sanity check: There’s no adjustment using relative random values for note length in the Project Logical Editor, right?
However, there IS for position?
Strange…

It is also the same in the (MIDI) Logical Editor as in the Project Logical Editor.
