Remove duplicate music frames at end

I feel like this should be easy, but I can’t figure out what exactly I should be searching for: I’m creating a worksheet. I’ve added several flows so that I can add individual examples in separate music frames on the same page. This works fine, but I cannot get rid of the duplicates of each of these flows on extra pages at the end. Is this not possible?

Also, I would ideally want to work with a single flow and use music frames to show only a specific measure range in each frame—this is not possible, correct? Just making sure, as I do not see any way to limit the measure range of a music frame.

Can you share example Dorico file/s to show what you have?

Sure, thanks.
How to transpose.dorico (1.1 MB)

At the bottom of the third page, you’re using layout frames (frames that have their own indiviual frame chains, rather than using the Master Frame Chain). By default the Master Frame Chain (in your case MA) includes all Flows.

Given you do need to show these additional flows within this Layout, you can’t exclude them in the usual way, from Setup mode. You need to double-click on any of the Page Templates, from the right panel of Engrave mode, then use the filter at the top of the MA Music Frame to exclude these additional flows, like so:

then Apply and Close the Page Templates Editor.

Thank you. I didn’t really understand how this process worked.

(sorry, out of topic)
@jjm_335 , for this type of work (being based on a lot of text with short musical examples), I would suggest to consider also other methods (eventually working in a word editor or a desktop publishing app).

You know, I probably should have just exported graphic slices into a Word doc. I’ve certainly done that before with Finale. I guess I left it in Dorico because I thought it would be nice to be able to draw the arrows. I know I can do the arrows in Word, too, but I hate trying to use those features in the Mac version!
