Removing certain instruments from a flow in a customized score

Hi,

I am in need of removing certain instruments from a flow from a customized score I created in Dorcio 6.1. Is there a way to do that?

I tried going to Setup, selecting my customized score, and then trying to find a way to remove some instruments for specific flows only (not all of them). But I couldn’t figure it out. In other words, I am trying to remove some instruments from some flows but include them in others. And, I want to keep the flows for all instruments in their individual parts.

I am guessing I would just duplicate the flows I want for the customized score and exclude them from everything else?

Select the Player (on the left). Uncheck the flows (at the bottom) that they do not appear in?

Just to be clear: If you remove an instrument from a flow, then that instrument will have no music in the flow. In any layout which includes that instrument and that flow, the layout will show “Tacet” for the flow.

Thanks so much for the feedback, however that didn’t work because I wasn’t able to highlight just the customized score and the specific flow. But I ended up figuring it out, I just made another flow and copied the part from the original flow to the new one, but only assigned the new flow to the instrument I needed and the customized score, and re-named the flow to help identify it to the customized score.

Thanks so much for the feedback. Yeah, I did end up figuring it out, I just duplicated the flow and then assigned it only to the customized score.

So the instrument has music in the flow, and you want that music to appear in some layouts but not others? Yeah, I don’t think you can do that without duplicating something.
