Hey. I suppose this question has an obvious answer, but nevertheless: how do I get rid of the flow title on top of each page? Not to be confused with the initial flow heading on the first flow page. I’ve gone about this by manually deleting these on each page, but that makes a page stay when it should disappear after I’ve cut down space (which obviously nobody in the world would want, I can’t believe I’m working with software where this is possible).
The flow title has been the default for me since I purchased Dorico, also after resetting to factory layout settings. And I’ve never been able to remove them through layout options.
So, the purpose of “Project will use multiple flows” is to replace the Project title with the Flow title in the templates? Just trying to understand as I’ve not really paid attention to this setting before…
(…sometimes we just don’t know what we don’t know…)
Since I already have done everything thinkable and am afraid of missing the point, I need a really detailed explanation for how to do this! Would you please? I’d be so grateful.
I’m using the Default Full Score in the layout options. I’ve hidden the flow heading which is only relevant for the first page. What else can I do?
In Engrave mode, right panel, double-click the Default page template. In the Template editor, delete the FlowTitle or replace it with Title. Apply and close.
Do the same for both the Default Score template and Part template.
