Removing or changing the MIDI Program Change with Elements 12

I am looking to see how I remove and change the Program Change values in Cubase Elements 12.
Looking around all of the information I can find relates to using the pro version and using the List Editor. I am currently using the open-source program MidiEditor to make the changes, which seems a bit daft to keep flicking back to that if there is a way to do it in Elements.

Any help would be great.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Open the Key Editor > Controller lane. Here you can display and edit also the Program Change messages.

Thank you for the help, I was trying to right click on this and see if it was editable.

I also notice that the manual show that this has information on it, but I could not see anything

But with your help, I see that you have to use the pen tool to set it, and can remove it totally.
