I am trying to make a composition project for some students. I would like the bars to appear empty so that they can fill them in with notes and rests. I believe the way to do this is to choose “Remove Rests” but nothing is happening when I select the option. See video below. Can anyone help?
It’s not in the most intuitive place, but take a look at the Players section of Layout Options and untick ‘Show rests in empty bars’.
