Removing uninstalled vst instruments and effects Cubase Elements 12

I have uninstalled a few vst programs that I didn’t like or use. The names of the instruments or effects continue to show up in my library. How can I remove them from my Library? (I have the “Elements” version, if that makes difference.)

What library are you talking about, if they’re not Steinberg products?

You are right, but how to I remove vst’s that I’ve uninstalled? The names still appear in the VST Manager.
