Removing VST Instruments

I’m a long time user of SX3. I finally made the move to 8 and I’m now figuring out the differences.
If I select a VST instrument and then decide not to use it, how do I get it to go away? It hangs around in the track list and the F11 VST instruments page. Can’t find anything in the manual except how to load them.
Not sure if a lot of these additions are improvements.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

click on the name of the VSTi and on the pop up window that appears, where you can select a different Instrument, select “No Instrument”. That will remove the current VSTi from the Rack.

Thank you Luis, it’s just like it always was. I guess the new (to me) interface through me off.
