This has become very consistent now. I forsee an update on the horizon.
Insert latest Wavelab 13 on any audio track. You can remove it with no edits…that seems to stay pretty solid, but that’s where the solid ends.
Make some edits…doesn’t matter what it is…fades, silence, correction etc.
Let it bake…give it a few…400F. Play the track, switch tracks. Let it back some more…
Then try to remove that extension from the track. 1 time out of 5, Cubase just crashes.
On restart, no logs or dumps.
There are plenty of other crashes, but this is one that can be replicated pretty easy.
