Renaming audio, multiple name ?

Hi ! I have a problem in Cubase 9.5, when i rename a Audio clip by the info line with either Description or File it become a multiple name.

I have try to rename with the Pool too all the time i get the name in ( ) on the side of the original audio name ?

Is there a preference i have not understand ? Can anyone explain me ?

Hi,

One is your custom name, the other one is the source Audio File name.

Maybe it is new, in the past version of Cubase i don’t have this way of naming.

But if i take the time to name correctly the track before recording it is not a big problem… :slight_smile:
