Can we please double click on a cycle marker at the arrange window to rename it?
Just simple as that.
double clicking is already reserved for locating the locators which makes more sense, and Alt+double clicking is reserved for zoom. ctrl and shift are always reserved for selection modification. Alt+Shift is reserved for locating the playback cursor. Which would leave ctrl+shift or ctrl+alt+shift.
I’m pretty sure you can just create a project logical editor preset for this and assign a hotkey.
Understand… I haven’t go deep in logical editor yet. I assume I have to do!
Honestly using the Project Logical Editor actually probably won’t be any quicker, even slower.
