I recently learned about this feature and it’s great. It saves me from creating a separate excel file as I can now copy and paste track lists directly into Nuendo.
But for some reason it adds a whitespace at the end of some tracknames. With word or excel there’s no single whitespace to be found at the end.
Having to manually remove the whitespace afterward defeats the purpose of this time saving function.
Anyone else encountered this before?
I’m on Windows 11, latest Nuendo 13 version.
I’m still on Windows 10 / Nuendo 12.0.70 and this does not happen. I’m guessing it’s an issue with Nuendo instead of the OS version. I use it pretty often for renaming cycle markers for dialogue lines (game audio). Hopefully it gets fixed in the soon-to-be-released Nuendo 14.
The only problem we have is that special characters like ä ö ü are cut off when reading text files or inserting several lines.
Every European country has these special characters. Hasn’t been repaired for years. Submitted as a mistake several times - no one cares.
(Windows 11)
Still not fixed unfortunately in Nuendo 14, I just noticed that after the apostrophe ’ everything is cut off for some reason, clearly a bug.
