Renaming files in Files tool window does not work

Wavelab 9.5:

  1. Make sure the “Files” tab is activated under “Tool Windows”;
  2. Open a montage;
  3. Add a track;
  4. Insert an audio file;
  5. Open the “Files” tab;
  6. Rename the inserted audio file;
  7. Close Wavelab.

Result: the audio file is not renamed. Opening Wavelab once again will trigger the “Missing Files in…” dialog.

Can you reproduce this?

I can’t reproduce. Are you using WaveLab 9.5.15?
If you can reproduce, please even more accurate in your steps, without forgetting to quote the file name.
