I harshly criticise Steinberg for things not correct implemented in Cubase and Nuendo but it is then only fair to write about things they did extremely well, like the Render in-place function. It is implemented in an elegant and flexible way and a joy to use. Especially that I can combine rendering also with external FX in such a flexible manner is fantastic.
Thank you.
I agree, but on my system there are a couple of issues.
- Sometimes it puts the rendered track above instead of below the original track
- Doesn’t name correctly
These are kind of minor but still I would like it to perform as expected.
