Render in Place While Keeping the MIDI Track

Hi Guys,

As the title suggests, Is there a way to Render in Place while keeping the MIDI Track without turning grey and becoming inactive. And if so how to revive the greyed out MIDI Track?

Just right click on the track and unmute it with the x tool
