It does.

It does export per FX bus , but not per track. Let say you have assign the fx bus to 10 tracks. You get a mixdown of the 10 tracks with the FX bus

The feature was described pretty concrete. Never spoke of Export feature, but if this feature would be include in Export window, that would be good too.
