Is there a way to write a repeat barline in a score only in one Staff?

Yes, close the popover with Alt-Enter.
I believe you need an independent time signature on that staff first. Close THAT popover with Alt-Enter to achieve that.
You’ll need to input independent time signatures first, also closing the Shift-M popover with Alt-Enter.

Invoke the caret on the relevant stave, at the point that you want to insert the barline (the first beat after the relevant barline), then type Shift-B |: Alt/Opt-Enter (or Shift-B : | Alt/Opt-Enter for an end repeat).
