Repeat content of previous bars in Galley View without using repeat signs

When entering notes in Galley View, I would like to repeat the contents of X previous bars without using CTRL-C CTRL-V. Is there a shortcut for that?

You need to select the content first though.

Thank you, that works. Would be even better if there would be a shortcut where you don’t need to select but could simply indicate ‘repeat X previous bars’. Could be part of the Shift-R popover perhaps?

Perhaps, but I’d guess that would be no quicker, and R works for any selection, not just whole bars.
