Even if I select “below staff” in the layout options menu, I can’t get repeat counts to show where I want it and this is what I get:

That setting is only for “fine” and jumps such as “To Coda”.
Normally repeat counts are right above the repeat barline, as Dorico does. What would be the advantage of printing it below?

I’m just used to placing them there, and don’t understand why they should be locked there since the option for “To Coda” etc etc allows to have those below. I often see them below the staff in jazz lead sheet types of charts
