I am sure there is an option to show the repeat counts in parts… but I can’t find. Please hint me today 
If you entered this via Shift+X, this will create staff-attached text. To enter System Text, you need to use Shift+Alt/Opt+X. It will be the same dialog but apply to all instruments.
If you’re using Properties > Play n times, it works for me already!
You could also check the Count location property. One of the choices is Neither which means it won’t display at the start or end of the repeated measures. Make sure your Properties Scope is set to Global so that it applies to all Layouts.
By default, if you put the repeat count in the score, it will show in every part.
