Hi all,
I’d like to have the second ending bracket in this section be open rather than closed, as I like to indicate that there’s more music to follow.
With that in mind, I think I’ve selected the correct option in the engrave settings, but I’ve either chosen the wrong one, or it’s not working for some other reason:
Any ideas? (FWIW, selecting the “open, short” option also has no effect on the appearance of the second ending bracket.)

Is that last bar the end of a flow? There’s another setting just below the one in your screenshot for that case.
If it’s not what @asherber says, then check the Properties panel in Engrave mode if there is an override for the End of line property.
If that’s not it either, then it’s probably best to post (part of) the file.
Sorry for the slow reply guys, I missed the notification emails lol.
Turns out it was overridden in the properties panel for some reason. I imported this chart as an xml from an older finale file, so maybe it got embedded in there that way; i don’t think I would have selected this on purpose at least, hah.
