replace audio content.. how ?

Hi,

i think i saw a tutorial somewhere on how to import audio from media bay but not on new track or existing track but by changing the content of existing region inside a track. So the audio imported has same position and region size then the first one. :question:

Drag from MB over to target event, hold down Shift and release mouse.
