Replace Pro Testversion with Elements payed Version

I cannot get rid of the PRO testversion. I know the Midi prog change worked 1 time, but not now - ok understand.
If I deactivate the Pro license in activation mgr and activate Elements lics. it activates the Pro (test)version again - with the limited functionality.
Any ideas?
(reinstall with Registry clean did not work)
