My Dongle is on the way out as its bent and I worry it might break on me, what’s the deal about getting it replaced?

Buy a new one…You can get them at local retailers or buy direct in the Steinberg shop.
Note that they recently started shipping a smaller dongle which you might not get if you buy locally as they’ll be using up old stock.
Plug in both at once and drag and drop the licenses to the new one in elicenser manager.
Go to a (online) shop and buy one.
