Requantizing into triplets

Really basic but could not figure it out : What is the easiest way to convert the two 16th and one eighth notes on the second beat to an 8th note triplet, like on the first beat. Thank you very much

Select the 2 semiquavers.
Engage insert (I)
5 (to create quavers)
; 3 to create tuplet
Switch insert off (I)
