I bought Dorico and after I tried to use it just not it. I want to know If a refund is possible

What is the reason for trying to return it? Can you give us some more info about that?

Dorico is a very complex scoring software and it’s the future of the notation.
You need to spend few weeks learning and working with it. There are many video tutorials on YouTube that are very helpful.
It’s not enough just to “try” Dorico. You need to learn it.
Of course there is a possibility for refund, through the support form in your account.
Still it’s very possible that you’ll come back to Dorico after some time.
