It would be a serious plus, especially when using several screens.
I like to group these floating window controls on a dedicated screen, may be I missed somlething but actually on Windows 11 Cubase Pro 15.0.30 it’s not something I can choose.
Are you aware of
Studio → Control Room ?
And then you can make this window “always on top”.
So it extist ?

Or else you can also assign a key command to the “floating Control Room”.
