Can we have the ability to input ‘A2’, ‘D2’ etc?
It seems superfluous to input ‘Asus2’, when the output is switched to ‘A2’.
Unfortunately, probably not, at least in the short term. Writing a parser that can handle all possible ways of describing chord symbols unambiguously is a difficult challenge, and we’re not likely to be changing it further in the near future.
It’s only this one that catches me out, especially if I write something like F#2/A# I have to go back and put the ‘sus2’ in.
