I’ve scoured the pages and pages of rules but don’t seem to be able to find a global setting to switch off cautionary accidentals that immediately follow the key signature (the existing key signature, not a new one).
It’s highly unlikely, but in the image attached, at the end of a very long day, a sight-reading pianist might just read a B double-flat as opposed to a Bb in the key signature and another in the first chord.
And yes, I realise I can hide it in this one instance
